REVERSE LOGISTICS
A Parnaplast sempre estabeleceu como um dos pilares da sua estrutura a preocupação com o meio ambiente. Neste sentido, firmamos parceria com INPAR - Instituto Paranaense de Reciclagem, o qual trata da logística reversa no Estado do Paraná com participação financeira das empresas que fazem parte do quadro associativo do referido instituto. Com esta parceria garantimos o recolhimento das embalagens que fornecemos aos nossos clientes e a melhor destinação deste material.
PGRS - SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
PGRS seeks to minimize the generation of waste in its source, adjust segregation in the source, control and reduce environmental risks and ensure proper handling and final disposal in accordance with the law in force. The program is based on the following organizational concept:
- WASTE IDENTIFICATION
- SORTING
- SEGREGATION
- COLLECTION AND INTERNAL TRANSPORTATION
- EXTERNAL TRANSPORTATION (receiving company Operating Permit)
Note: part of our waste is collected by RECICLAR - CITY SCAVENGER'S ASSOCIATION. Donation of waste paper, cardboard and disposable plastic. Guarantee of decent work for scavengers for the development of the municipality of Araucária.

PROGRAMA APRENDIZ
Aware of the relevance of inserting young people in the job market, Parnaplast has implemented the young apprentice program according to the law in force. Hence, we qualify these young people preparing them for the different activities developed in companies.
PHYSICALLY DISABLED PROGRAM
In Parnaplast exclusive positions are reserved for physically disabled people, with roles compatible with each limitation. This inclusion ensures important social responsibility meeting the national legislation.
