High- and medium-barrier pouches

High- and medium-barrier multilayer packaging with thickness ranging from 50 to 200 micra. Up to 8 colors may be printed with high definition. In order to obtain a special effect packages may be laminated with or without metalization.
Excellent mechanical and sealing properties ensuring maximum product safety.

Thermoforming films, cover and bottom

Flexible bottom film:
7-layer coextruded film developed for direct contact with food. Its material blends provide great sealing, mechanical strength and thermoforming.
The gas barrier is provided by EVOH and PA layers. Thickness varies according to final product use (90-250 micra).  

Semi-rigid bottom film:
High-barrier coextruded and laminated film. Suitable for modified atmosphere (MAP) as well as vacuum applications. Normally used for cold cuts and portioned cuts. This film is available in transparent, white pigment or metalized options. 

Laminated covers:
Laminated high- and medium-barrier film. Its material blends provide great sealing, mechanical strength and very high printing quality.
The film is available in transparent, white pigment or metalized options, gloss and matte, with or without printing, as well as easy open features.

Cook-in films

7-layer coextruded films based on ionomer (IO), polyamide copolymer (PA), ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) and propylene (PP) developed for direct contact with food. Its material blends provide great sealing in the presence of contaminants, protein adhesion, mechanical strength and thermoforming.

Automatic packaging films

Monolayer or multilayer extruded film, laminated or not depending on the filling equipment, developed for direct contact with food. Its material blends provide great sealing, mechanical strength, machinability and productivity for automatic filling systems.
